My aim for 2017 is to help empower you with the ability to reach your desired level of well-being, through natural techniques such as Chinese medicine, meditation, movement, nutrition and lifestyle. By understanding what stress is doing to our bodies and how we can take control and manage this, we are then able to also empower others, to lift them and help them reach their true, vibrant and energetic potential, free from physical and emotional “dis-ease”.
I will be running 1 workshop and/or pop-up clinic each month for the next 12 months, centered around a different theme relating to stress and our bodies.
January offers an introduction to stress and the detrimental effects it can have on our physical and emotional health. But throughout the year, I will be delving deeper into specific areas about stress in relation to anxiety, depression, fertility, pain, sleep and IBS.
Join me on my Facebook page where I will also be doing live interviews with experts in the health/wellness/medical fields, offering us insights, advice and techniques to help us manage our stress naturally.
